Introduction

With the Betafi note-taking widget, users can bid farewell to the hassle of split screens and the juggling act of multiple tools during remote calls. Betafi adds a touch of magic to note-taking, offering lightning-fast, time-stamped notes that allow users to revisit the most crucial moments in their conversations without a hitch. Plus, Betafi keeps users covered with their interview script right by their side, making remote calls both productive and enjoyable. 🚀✨

About

As time went by, numerous users found delight in using the Betafi note-taking feature during their Zoom calls, Google Meet meetings, and Betafi First calls. As we continued to develop various aspects of our project, it became apparent that it was time to reexamine and assess the overall user experience of the Note-taking widget. Consequently, we reached out to both active users and brand-new ones, seeking their insights on their initial impressions and experiences with the Betafi note-taking widget.

This invaluable feedback aided us in pinpointing areas of friction during the onboarding process and note-taking itself. Additionally, it inspired us to sprinkle some visual enhancements throughout the widget, aiming to elevate the overall user experience.

Why Redesign

What we learned from talking to users helped us figure out where we needed to make things better quickly. It also showed us the way to redesign the widget.
